Mike is focused on making sure that ExO is there whenever clients, partners, and agents need help building exponential organizations. He also leads the ExO Works crypto practice, including promoting the CivX token economy.

Mike started his career as a software developer, creating custom experiences for companies including IBM, Pfizer, and the Discovery Channel. This led to him co-founding SlideRocket, a cloud-based presentation platform that was acquired by VMWare in 2011.

Since then, Mike has worked with both startups and enterprises—helping them adapt breakthrough technologies in order to grow quickly and outcompete other players. He was Managing Partner at Rokk3r 10xU and ran the Venture Hive accelerator program in Miami. In both roles he mentored a wide range of innovators—from startup founders to corporate executives—on how to leverage exponential technologies to build high-growth companies.
